People on the internet say Telus phones cannot be unlocked, but according to Telus' website, they use SIM cards, just like Rogers.
I understand I can buy a phone from Rogers, then unlock it, and use it with other providers (Fido, Koodo, etc), even providers in different countries.
Can I do the same with a Telus phone or no?
