Are you looking at the minimum requirements or recommended requirements?
If your computer spec is below minimum requirements, it'll probably be more of a torture to play that game.
It looks like it'll run on your computer. If it's a 3d game, having a video card that meets the requirements is probably good enough, if you don't mind playing with longer load times. or occasional hiccups.
It depends on the genre of the game you're trying to run too.
