I believe that I work for a very passive aggressive person but he displays constant outbursts of anger and frustration. Everything seems to set this guy off and he is constantly dwelling on prior employees. I don't understand why he wastes so much time projecting about people who are no longer in the company. I feel that I need to confide in him at times but I think he just turns around and repeats everything that I say in confidence. He tries to turn on the fake charm and try to manipulate people, but I see right through it and I think he senses my awareness of his ways.
Can a passive aggressive person still display fits of outward anger & frustration?
