My neighbour has demolished his garage and wants to use this land and the footpath that seperates his land from our garden wall (not a party all) to provide a new drive to the garage he is building further back on his property. The footpath belongs to the original builder of the Estate. The drive is to be built up on a slope, what I want to know is can I stop him from blockpaving on a slope along my wall. Also how do I protect my access to this side of the wall.
Can a neighbour build against my garden wall.?
