Can a Military Policeman pull over and arrest (with cause, mind you) a

Civilian on Military Property? under the Posse Comitus act the Military can not be used to apprehend civilian criminals, but what if it happens on Military Property? Can they be arrested by MP's and than turned over to civilian authorities or must it go unnoticed?
