Can a member of the Military train in a different branch?

Yes. Joint service training, exercises and deployments happen all the time. As for special forces none are better trained than the others. They have different skill sets.

For example, if a Navy SEAL wants to train with Marine Force Recon or the Army Rangers, can they?
If they can, what happens? Are they just a better trained SEAL, what.
Only answer if you know, please. Thanks.

Yes, inter-service training happens.
No, it isn't as simple as just wanting the training, you have to qualify, have a valid need, and be lucky.
Yeah, pretty much; plus they get a badge that their buddies don't have.

when you are in the Military they OWN you. THEY will tell you WHEN your train, WHO you train WITH etc.

you do not get to ask all these questions.

you just don't wake up and say damn I wanna go to FT make-beleive and train with them

From my experience in the military, the only way they would do so is if they are going to be deployed or specifically working with that type of unit in the field. That way they are familiar with each other, otherwise I've never heard of anyone being able to train with other branches just for the training. Its best to refer up your chain of command if this is something you were looking into and wanted to take part in, your "higher ups" would be able to give you a definitive answer, find an answer, or, as the say, "hook you up" so you could.

Army Airborne School:
All branches train there for military parachuting.

BUD/S:
USCG and US Army personnel have attended BUD/S.

These aren't the only ones.
