It's kind of a long story... but me and my brother recently got vzw to get the incredible last month but they didn't have it so they gave us the moto droid temporarily until thhey got the incredible but it's been 31 days of promising it'll be here soon and my brother got tired of it so we want out money back but it's past the 30 days and now they want us to talk to the manager tomorrow but the guy helping us said he doesn't think they'll be able to give us our money back soooo I just wanted to know if a manager had the power to do that and not charge us the deactivation fee or whatever...?
can a manager at a verizon store end someone's contract without charging them?
