but no signs posted? I work at a mall that enforces employee parking for the holidays but it is far away and they say that you get one warning and after that they will tow your car. Can they legally do that because me and my mom share a car and I do not want her to get penalized if she shops at that mall. I have done some research and it said signs have to be posted (which they don't). Can they require my mother to park at the employee parking if she takes the car? Anyone with real answers please help. Thank you.
