I am thinking about entering into law school after I complete my last 2 years of college. I was watching an episode of Judge Judy, and I wanted to know is it 'illegal' to argue with a judge? I know it shows bad judgment on your behalf to argue with a judge, and it might not end well, but when you have someone like Judge Judy and you know you already lost..... can you not verbally take her on? She's overusing her authority by name calling, and telling people they are idiots.... Not cool. I'd have something to say to her ass.
And is it illegal for a lawyer to get in a verbally heated argument with a judge? I've seen alot of judges who have become rude with lawyers, but lawyers won't argue back???
