My sons father is a pathological liar and an addict. He is currently getting 50/50 time-sharing with our four year old son. I have seen my son outside numerous times by himself and have called the police and they gave it to DCF but DCF said since there is no law on how old has to be to be outside by himself there is nothing they can do. We are going back to court because of it all he also screams at me and calls me names in front of my son who then repeats it to me on a daily basis. Its very sad but, I am just trying to do the next right thing. I am retaining a lawyer to help me out. My question was can a lawyer subpoena a pharmacy and or doctors office to get medical records and prescriptions filled records? He doctor shops and goes to over 10 doctors office a month and has them filled and sells them. Please let me know of any of your past expierences that may help me. Thank you.
