Someone deposited money into my bank account and is now claiming that they can sue and take me to court to get the money back. I never signed or entered any kind of legal contract or agreement to pay them back. My bank said that once they deposited money into my account it was my money and there was no way that they could claim it. Is this true? Is there anything they could do to try to take me court or get the money back?
