I received a letter this afternoon they want to garnish my salary 25%, i want to make sure if i get a lawyer can he help me or its to late? This was for a credit card i stop paying years years ago they took me to court back in 2007 and agree to pay $50.00 a month but early this year i stop making payment my husband is making less now and we live check to check. Do i have hope?
