Can a judge rule me as the father if im not able to make a court ordered dna test?

The mother of the alleged child is in another state and I'm of course in another state because im in the military. No police officer has served me papers and all i have received is a court order to appear for the hearing of the results. Still haven't been able to take the court ordered dna test and now the mother is saying the judge is just going to rule me as the father since I haven't been able to show. Can a judge really do that?
 
you need to give that paperwork to your captain or Jag officer. most states have provisions that would toll the proceedings if you cannot make a court date because of your military service, you should act quickly so that a military lawyer can cantact the proper people
