I was in small claims court being sued. I asked the case be transfered to circuit court so I could get an attorney and counter sue the person for my looses. The other thing is. I live in a different county, the plaintiff lives in a different county, and the incident happened in a different county, none of which the are in the county where the case was being held. The guy had no invoice and most of the stuff he sold me died. I don't even know what plants he brought to me. I never signed anything showing I even got the plants. But the judge has a grudge against me, and I lost. What can I do? The court won't even let me appeal the case.
