Hi, i was convicted of evading arrest and reckless driving about close to a year ago and im currently being placed on DEJ which is Differed Entry of Judgment, it basically puts my conviction aside and put me on probation for a year and clear my record after a year if i remain free out of trouble. My license got suspended for a year (until my court date in may), i was wondering if they clear my record, will they be clearing my driving record too? since the whole point of DEJ is to remove my criminal record so that its seal and gone and give me another chance in life. I recieved a letter from the DMV saying i got one point on my record from the incident about 2 days ago. help me!
Can a judge or the court remove your license driving points?
