Im having a title issue and it's bin 9 months since the guy has last said he ordered a duplicate..i payed for the vehicle. he was a good friends brother and didn't think i'd get pushed over ya know. so i have this vehicle sitting in my drive way and can't do anything with it. so i figured i would just transfer the engine and tranny into a wrangler but i was wondering if it would work. he had givin me the original title but then ordered a duplicate so when i sent all the paper work in it got rejected. so im just gunna take everything off of it i need and then scrap it. soo if anyone can help me witht he title situation or lmk if this will work i'd appreciate it. =].
