Can a jeep run on hydrogen?

My cousins friend has a jeep and she got it fixed up to run on hydrogen or something...... since a jeep doesn't have good mpg. she said that theres a lot of pros and cons of it does anyone out there know of any jeeps on this green stuff?? Plz reply some info on it!
