I have a half Arabian/Appaloosa that was laid up last year because he tore up his back leg (above his cannon bone/ in front of his hock). Well, he was was completely evil and would barely let me clean it, so now there is a lump with fur growing back over it. The lump is due to the proud flesh. It also has left about a three inch scar. I'm just wondering what the judges will think at an A-rated show? Of course I'll do my best to cover it up, but it will still be obvious! He is a beautiful, athletic horse who is not lame in any way because of it. I was planning on starting in the Hunters, and then doing some western pleasure, dressage, and reining. Please give your opinion! Or maybe I am just doomed to endurance and gaming with him...
haha Yes, I know that Scooterlindy! He's still young so I'm going to see what his bent is and take him that way. Just a little cross training, that's all!
He's registered with the AHA. Thanks everyone!
