We live in Wisconsin and the company refuses to deliver fuel oil unless we order a minimum of 100 gallons ($2.80/gallon=$280) We canot afford to get this amount and would like to get a smaller amount delivere. We are almost out of fuel in the middle of a harsh Wisocnsin winter, and they are telling us that they will not change their policy. There are no other companies who delivery to our area. We have a pregnant woman and a toddler in the house. Is this legal?
