Can a HL-DT-ST DVD-RW GWA-4040N burn Dual Layer?

I know it seems a bit random, but I wasn't at all sure what DVD drive I had, so I looked it up in Device Manager and the name of it is "HL-DT-ST DVD-RW GWA-4040N". I've tried using Google, before anybody says that. So I was just wondering if anybody knows if this is capable of burning Dual Layer.
