Can a gay person fall for the opposite sex? ( talking about personality)?

Okay, so i believe sexuality is nothing but physical attraction, so there is no saying that a gay person cant fall for something of the other gender and same goes for a straight person falling for someone of the same gender...

so what are peoples opinions on this?
