Can a free iPhone app giv my computer. Virus?

I was downloading a free iPhone app to my iPhone wen my screen turned bright yellow so I turned it off and everything went back to normal. Noww none of my apps will work on my iPhone and my computer won't connect to windows. Wat can I do to fix my apps??.....the computer I can fix tho
