I need to register my chinese divorce court order to ask CA court to devide omitted assets, and adjustment child custody.
Is there anyone has done this before? Not necessarily Chinese order, anyother foreign order. I think the CA court will treat them the same. My lawyer kept saying she couldn't register it. Don't know why?
