can a ford think be programed to go faster than 25mph?

i am working on a 2002 ford think neighbor, its governed at 25mph, is there any way to make it go faster, can the controller be programed to remove the governor or can something else be done, i know the law states it must go 25 but there must be a way to squeeze some more speed out of it.
 
So basically, you're asking us to provide information so that you can commit an illegal act.

And by providing such information, that makes us an accomplice/co-conspirator.

Did you even think that through, or do you just need your Think to go faster that you didn't care about the implications?
 
wow vipassana how is that illegal thats like putting a bigger motor in ur car or taking the governor off of a golf cart who cares keep ur dumb comments to urself
