My 12 week ultrasound gave me a due date of March 2nd. I have had alot of problems throughout my entire pregnancy. At my last ultrasound, 34.5 weeks, the baby was estimated to weigh 7.1 lb already. My doctor has thought since the middle of dec that im farther along then my due date suggests. My Doctors appointment that followed the ultrasound had him stating that he was confident that I am currently at 37 weeks, delivering around Feb 14th. My LMP was May 20th. I Have felt lightening, sudden intense (and quick) groin pains and my bathroom visits have tripled in the last week. This is my first pregnancy, and I'm bewildered, and nervous. Is it likely that I Will go to my original due date of march 2nd? the baby would be over 10 lbs! My husband works at a job that requires him to be gone 2 weeks out of every month, so im very nervous to be left alone.
Can a Doctor push back my due date by 3 weeks?
