Can a doctor find out that you had sex more than once?

Ok here is the thing, my mom is taking me to the doctors soon, and I had sex many times and the most recent one was last tuesday, and my mom thinks i ve only doen it once and that was a year ago, is it possible for ehr to find out that I've done it more than once?
