I am negotiating a custom order of artwork with a client. I have my own copyright label that they want me to alter: they are trying to get me to reduce the font size, and change the color and placement on the product. They are not acting as a publisher and they are not buying one-time rights, however, they are using the product as a regular consumer. Is this a legitimate request? What are the legal limitations?
