Can a credit card company with a judgment for wage garnishment, take a lump sum from

wages? I recently received a judgment for garnishment. I never received the court order so having the court order was a bit of a surprise to me. At first I wasn't sure I knew who the credit card company was as their name was different. But after a bit of research I discovered that it was a card I had ten years ago. I called them to try and make payment arrangements, to this day no one will return my calls; and they haven't garnished my wages yet. I keep looking for it, but nothing. Now my question is... can they suddenly one day take money out of my wages as a lump sum for all the months they've missed from the time of the judgment? You know...like take a lump sum as retroactive? And can they freeze my accounts without my knowledge even when the judgment states something different? If so, how can I fight it?
