...without him telling you what it is for? We were pulled over on South Beach once and the cop who issued my friend with a citation didn't want to tell him what it was for before he signed it. My friend told the cop that he was not going to sing the citation without knowing what it was for. The cop then threatened to arrest him and put his hand over his weapon and demanded my friend to sign the citation. Is that legal? Signing something you do not know what it is for?
