Alright i was put on probation for a recent dui and i am 17 and my license has points on it and is suspended for year. So when i get my license back and i get pulled over by a cop do they automatically have the right to search me and my vehicle for simply speeding, having points on my license and being on probation? Even if i say "I do not consent to any searches sir." Does that give them probable cause? I also live in Ohio.
Can a cop search my car?
