but taking my fingerprints? i got pulled over and gave a friends name due to my suspended lisence a couple unpaid tickets. the cop wrote a ticket with the name i gave him, but took my fingeprints onto a note card after saying something about the picture and the smell of marijuana. will this come back to bite me? or did he already know and just successfully scare me into thinking twice about driving?
can a cop get me for false information after writing that person a ticket
