can a constitution and manifesto be the same thing? i.e do they have to be different from one another? could they include the same points !!!? this is very interesting i feel because one is a legal doctrine and one isnt,i wonder if this is how some dictators manage to get away with a manifesto which isnt a legal document as such...anyone!?
