Several years ago my girfriend co-signed a lease for someone else's lease of a new car for which he has occaisionally had problems paying. To date he has always come through but sometimes with a little prodding from the car company. The lease is coming to end. The car is in his name. If he doesn't make arrangements to bring it back and pay any amounts owing will my girlfriend be held accountable? This is taking place in Quebec, Canada. Thank-you
