My husband was involved in a wreck in which a police office hit him in his personal vehicle. The police claim my husband hit him and sued him. The circuit judge threw the case out because the officer got his car painted a totally different color. So he took the case to a civil judge who ruled in his honor because my husband missed the court appearance. The subpoena he was presented did not have a court date on it. So I guess since he didn't show the judge ruled in the officers favor. Is this legally possible?
