We bought a car from this dealer and he wasn't honest from the beginning. He never mentioned to us that the car had been in two accidents until we brought him the carfax report we paid for. He then assured us the car is fine. He refused to change the timing belt although it should have been changed at 60000 (we bought the car at 90000). The brakes were also not fine. What actions can I take against this dealer? I'm extremely angry at the man who obviously has no fear of lying.
