Can a canadian pay for american health insurance and get treatment in the USA? I

permanently live in canada? But where I live the healthcare is insane, Im tired of waiting 8 hours for a Dr when Im in critical condition ect

I want to know Im protected if I ever do get really sick so I could be hospitalized in a decent hospital in the USA rather then deal with the healthcare here
