...crime? A man who stayed at my hotel for 3 months was arrested off the hotels property. A month later state police come to talk to my boss because they knew he stayed here over a period of time. They said that the man claimed he stayed long because he was given discounts by employees. No employee was involved with the crime commited and the guest has not stayed since. without warrant or consent was it a violation of my rights that my information was given?
