...got out of jail? a friend of mine bailed his brother out of jail and the brother died the day after. He never got the chance to pay the bondsman the 10% of the bond $1500.00 since he had to pay for funeral expenses, now he is having financial problems of his own, just had a new baby and id fixing to loose the roof over their head, and the bondsman is harrasing my friend to pay the bond or he will sue him and take him to court. Can he do that?
