can a BMW 633 or 635 front sport seat head rests go on a bmw 1992 325i?

M50 parts do not even remotely fit on M88 engines. Notwithstanding that the bore of a 3.5L block (635) is an entirely different profile, length and width to the 2.5L block of the 325i.

This is a daft question, cars are not like lego. You can't just pull apart bits and put them somewhere else.
