I have a cosigned loan with my brother the loan he's been out of work a little and recently got back on his feet. We were two payments behind and the bank took the car. The bank wants us to pay the loan back in full which is Impossible. Can they and do they have the right to do this. they haven't even sit down with us. we were just about to put down a considerable amount of money and they wont hear us out.
