Hey guys, first post here.

I'm looking into these 2 phones and my mind's set on 5310, except one thing that bugs me is the 5220 has a bigger battery.

So I got a question: if I get a 5220's battery and put it in a 5310, it will:

a) Not fit
b) Work and now have longer battery life
c) Not turn on
d) Explode

Thanks.

P.S. Also, anyone where to get a Full Black 5310? Or at least a replacement case?

Update:
I read from ( nokia.it168.com/viewthread.php?tid=795059&page=1#pid20248426 ) that it works, but it bulges out. Is it true? If so, is there anyway to make it all fit?

IMO it should not be performed. Why do you wanna do it anyway? certainly wont explode but the battery performance would not be up to the mark. Check out gsmarena.com and you shall be informed.

Thank you

I sincerely doubt it should have very many problems. The battery is designed for a different phone, but it definately wont explode. You might get reduced battery life, who knows, but don't get your hopes up.

The difference between BL-4CT (5310's) and BL-5CT (5220's) is that the former has ~800 mah, while the latter has ~1000 mah.

Meaning, if all works as intended, it's a 20% battery life gain.

Also, I have posted the same question on GSMArena forums, receiving less response than I do here or on HowardForums.
