I have a new Toyota Sienna that I purchase here in Nassau Bahamas in November 09. Now I had an accident in July 2010 and had the van repaired. I took it to the dealer to have it checked out because it's still under warranty. After they check they found sludge build up in the engine. I was told that the warranty is void because I miss two services. As a result of that it cause the sludge build up. Is it possible for that to happen in a brand new car from the purchase date of November 09 to July 2010?
