can a 2008 honda civic si beat a 2000 lexus es 300 in a race?

my friend thinks she can beat me in this race, she is in the lexus, but im pretty sure she will lose. thoughts?
we are not street racing were doing this at the track quarter mile. lauching at 4k. and powershifting to try to win
 
you have a 6 speed manual which basically gives you more control on all of you 197 horses, it doesnt matter if your friend has more power or not as long as you are skilled in shifting precisely, know exactly when to brake, and be faster in corners if you can drift :D
 
the lexus has more power, but also much more wieght and does not have sporty gearing. the si is also about a half second faster 0-60
