I live in Nebraska. I'm 18 and am about to purchase a car from Illinois (muscle car if you're wondering why I'm making such a long trip) and I plan to pay cash. It's from a dealership so I don't know if it will require any kind of contract or agreement to be signed that cannot be signed by minors (It's 19 in Nebraska).
