I am pregnant by my ex, when he got me pregnant i was 15 and he was 16, Since i have proof we had sex and i was under legal age of consent, could he get in trouble? I live in Washington state, please answer. I want to get him in trouble for reasons im not explaining, so if i tried could i get him in trouble for it since i wasnt of legal age? I turned 16 in Feb and he turned 17 in Apr, Im 6 months along. Thank you so much.
