Can a 130 lb person safely put on a 25 mg fentanyl pain patch without overdosinig?

I put it on 4 hours ago and chewed on 1/4 of the patch too because i wasnt feeling anything and now im blown. i took it off a minute ago but i just want to make sure ill be ok.
