started a business sort of speak- working out of my home for now. got some magazines doing some free advertising for me but when the time comes ill want to get a place. One place i know of is way to big for the current business and would like to approach the owner on renting part of the space but would like to know if its possible or not?
can 2 businesses occupy one building or office- address?
