I need to know what is the best camra to take pics that doesnt cost to much because im a new at taking pics and do you have any tips on how to get a person to pose or look good in a pics or how to take a good pic of a land scape
 
Just about any P&S camera found on this site will work for you ... look for one that has a wide angle coverage similar to a 28mm lens, uses SD/SDHC memory cards, has at least a 3x optical zoom and fits into your budget
