camps and might be pregnant?

i keep getting realy bad to mild cramps on and off and slight vaginal pain but no bleeding and i am possibly 6 weeks pregnant i go to the doctors wed. is this normal pain? it feels like period cramps and im nervous about it
i am exactly 13 days late. have many signs of pregnancy and have had 3 bfp and 1 bfn 2 days apart.....
 
could be 3 things...

1. You are getting your period
2. You are pregnant and your body is changing to accommodate a baby...yes even at 6 weeks
3. Or you are miscarrying

what you described could be one of the 3.
 
it could be period cramps but it could also be your uterus preparing for the baby. if you are 6 weeks pregnant then you should be able to tell with an at home pregnancy test!
