Im going a 1 week camping trip in colorado in the mountains. Everyday we will be hiking for a constant 8 hours a day. What food should i supply myself to take advantage of burning fat on this trip?
your gunna need energy so try and eat whole wheat pasta and breads.. get alot of protein like your fish eggs and chicken and in between eat nuts veggies and fruits cut out fast food fried food and sugars drink alot of water ..have fun
